If someone clicks that ad you might make 1 cent or you might make $10! There is no exact science. Obviously you can do your research and see popular niches but there isn’t really a way to figure out what’s going to pay more. Sometimes you just luck out. Publisher or an affiliate program is a site you will join sort of like CPA where advertisers on there and they need you to do something for them. Maybe they want you to sell something or get a consumer to sign up for something. They will pay you X amount of dollars per sale. So let’s say for example you join a site like LinkShare, Clickbank or an individual one like Best Buy program.

Best buy might give you a 15% commission per every DVD system you sell. DVD systems are $150. So that means for every single one you sell you would get $22.50! Doesn’t seem like a lot? So if your goal is to sell 10 monthly commissions a month and you’re receiving $15 for each one, that’s $150 you put in your pocket.
